COMMUNITY  GROUPS

OUR  HEARTBEAT

Community groups aren't just another program. Instead, they are the environments in which we care for, encourage, give accountability to, and serve others. A CG (community group) is a group of believers living life together in order to glorify God by loving one another and the world with the gospel.

DISCIPLESHIP

OUR GROWTH

"As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another" (Proverbs 27:17). 


No matter how you dice it, Jesus calls us to follow Him (Matthew 4:19-20) and we follow Him by calling people to follow Him (Matthew 28:18-20). This is how we grow more like Jesus. Maturing as a disciple involves sacrificially and intentionally sharpening others while being sharpened in our pursuit of Jesus (Hebrews 3:12-13, 10:24-25). 


To that end we strive for relational discipleship at Delta. All throughout the week, in the morning and in the evening, there are pockets of discipleship taking place. We highly encourage all who attend Delta Church to plug into a Discipling Group.
